You can cancel your subscription at any time upon receipt of your trial box!
Simply log into your account settings or by contacting the friendly Blink Team.
We want to make sure your subscription changes go smoothly so when you decide to cancel, please be aware of one key detail:
Your wet food and dry food subscriptions are separate.
Even if they are currently scheduled to arrive on the same day, they are managed as two independent subscriptions in our system. To fully stop your deliveries, you must cancel each one individually.
Follow these steps to complete your cancellation:
- Log into your Blink! account.
- Navigate to the 'Subscriptions' section .
- You will see your active subscriptions. Cancel the wet food plan and the dry food plan separately.
For peace of mind, double-check your account after you've completed the cancellation process to ensure everything is cancelled as you intended.
