Your account area has had a serious glow-up 💅
You can still do everything you’re used to like changing your delivery date, adjusting frequency, updating details and switching recipes, plus a lot more…
You can now:
- Track your orders 📍
- Download VAT receipts 🧾
- Skip boxes whenever you need ⏭️
- View upcoming orders 👀
- Check your order history
👉 Everything is now in one place, nice and simple.
🥣 Your food, your way - with added flexibility
Your food is now organised into a bundle in your account - making it much easier to tweak things exactly how you want.
What does that mean for you?
- Mix and match wet and dry to suit your cat 🎯
- Choose as little or as much as you need
- Unlock better pricing the more you add 💸
👉 Pricing hasn’t changed - but there is one small update:
- Orders under £29 will now have a £4.99 delivery charge
- Orders £29+ still get free delivery 🚚
Previously, there were a few limits around how small your order could be - now you’ve got total flexibility

You’re no longer restricted to just one bag of dry food 🙌
Add as many as you like to your subscription, whether you’re stocking up or just keeping things topped up

You can now add recycling bags to any upcoming order directly in your account.
